How We Work
Your Partnership with
CCK Bequest Management
1
Notification
- You receive notice that a donor has died and remembered your organization in their will, trust, or pay on death account.
- You upload that documentation to our cyber secure portal.
- We open a file and take it from there.
2
Advocacy
- We introduce ourselves to the fiduciary and request all relevant documentation.
- We review all documents, from the gift instrument and financial records to anything requiring your signature, flagging ambiguities and removing any dangerous language.
- We hold the fiduciary accountable and ask the tough questions, if needed.
3
Distribution
- We consistently follow up with the representative until we are satisfied that all appropriate documentation has been received, all of our questions have been addressed, and the organizations full bequest has been received.
- We do not charge a fee until the organization receives the distribution.
