There is no perfect “manual” for the stewardship of matured bequests.  Yet nonprofit and mission-based organizations cannot afford to ignore post-death estate administration.  CCK has years of experience assisting both donors and charitable organizations, and from this industry-leading position, we have developed seven standards of excellence for bequest management.

CCK has developed these standards to provide direction and guidance to ensure that a donor’s intent is honored, and the charity is protected.  These standards are our effort to articulate a framework for bequest management — a task that nonprofits and other philanthropic organizations cannot afford to ignore.
